I disappeared for a while.

I'm sorry.

I had to take a step back from business/work to find some much needed clarity on what I was doing.

I've needed some time and space to feel into how best to help women like you break free from food and live their lives to the full.

​I stopped the podcast because of it.

​And I'm glad that I listened to my intuition as I've now got the clarity I've been looking for.

Rachel is the internationally acclaimed author of ‘The Hungry Soul,’ a podcast host, and a passionate speaker on topics like food dysfunction, diet culture, and female empowerment. She’s been featured in local and national press, including TV appearances.
