Episode 95

THS 095 - Welcome to The Hungry Soul, I'm back!

It's been a while.....and I'm so happy to be back!!!

I disappeared for a while.

I'm sorry.

I had to take a step back from business/work to find some much needed clarity on what I was doing.

I've needed some time and space to feel into how best to help women like you break free from food and live their lives to the full.

I stopped the podcast because of it.

And I'm glad that I listened to my intuition as I've now got the clarity I've been looking for.

All systems go!!!

Mark this on your calendar.....

So what do you need to know about me?
Well I’m an anti-diet and anti-bullshit advocate.
And I’m a binge eating therapist and eating psychology expert who broke free from the tyrannical rules of calorie-counting, binge-eating, and soul-sucking diets. and now arms others to do the same!

With over 12 years of experience both in the UK and Dubai, Rachel is not like others working in this field. She holds qualifications as a clinical and cognitive hypnotherapist, nutritional therapist, homeopath, and is a certified NLP, EFT + BWRT practitioner.
But her qualifications aren’t the only thing that sets her apart.
Rachel is the internationally acclaimed author of ‘The Hungry Soul,’ a podcast host, and a passionate speaker on topics like food dysfunction, diet culture, and female empowerment. She’s been featured in local and national press, including TV appearances.
Most importantly, she understands your struggle intimately. Rachel has fought her own battles with binge eating and yo-yo dieting. She’s not just someone who talks the talk; she’s walked the walk.
