THS 071: Healing with Yoga with Sara Intonato

Sara Intonato (Level 2 Authorized Ashtanga Yoga Teacher) committed to a daily yoga practice in 2001 as a means of coping with debilitating anxiety attacks. Just 20 years old, yoga provided Sara with the tools to manage her anxiety attacks and a renewed sense of clarity in her life. In 2005, Sara made her first trip to Mysore, India to study and deepen her connection to the Ashtanga Yoga lineage. That same year, Sara led her first ever yoga retreat in New York. Incredibly inspired by her trip to India, Sara committed to living her passion of helping others heal through yoga in a variety of settings.
